We ask that all effected homeowners remove patio furniture, decorations, potted plants, grills, and any other exterior personal items from patios, balconies, entryways, and surrounding work areas prior to the start of painting in your area. Any items left in work areas may need to be temporarily moved by the contractor at the homeowner’s risk.*

Back flow testing is required by the State of Utah to be done annually. Fire suppression system inspections are required by our Association to be done every two years and are regulated by the Utah State Fire Marshalls Office.

 

It is each homeowners responsibility to

ensure their property is compliant with state testing regulations.

 

2026 Recycling & Trash Pick-Up Schedule
Please note that glass containers are not recyclable but can be dropped off at the bins in the Jeremy Ranch Park and Ride lot (near the Jeremy Store) as well as the Ecker Hill Park and Ride lot across from the Ecker Hill Middle School.
