Welcome

On behalf of the Cedar Ridge Owners' Association, we would like to welcome you to Cedar Ridge.  Cedar Ridge is located just south of I-80 within minutes of the Utah Olympic Park and two major ski resorts, Park City and Deer Valley. About 50% of the residents live here full time while the other 50% enjoy the neighborhood for only part of the year. 
 
Cedar Ridge is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Subdivision made up of units owned and occupied by owners/renters and Common Areas owned by a non-profit corporation called Cedar Ridge Owners' Association.  The affairs are conducted by a Board of Trustees and are governed by the Bylaws, the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) and Policies of Cedar Ridge.

 

The CC&R's and other governing documents should have been included with your closing documents when you purchased your property.  If you haven't received a copy of these governing documents, including the Association’s resolutions and policies, please access them on this website under the Governing Documents page. Please also familiarize yourself with the Owners Handbook, also found under the Governing Documents page of this website.

 

Cedar Ridge is part of the Pinebrook Master Homeowner Association.  Each home in Cedar Ridge pays annual dues into the association for maintenance of hiking trails, a private park, landscaping, snow removal and road maintenance. These fees are automatically included with your Cedar Ridge association dues when they become due to the master association. 

 

We encourage all homeowners in Cedar Ridge to regularly visit and register an account with the Pinebrook Master HOA's website to receive important safety communications, information on amenities, notices of community initiatives, news updates, as well as access to community documents such as Governing Documents, financial statements, insurance information, newsletters, etc.

Mailbox keys are issued for a fee by the USPS office located at: 2100 Park Ave, Park City, UT 84060. You must bring an ID and proof of ownership.
